What is Alpha?

Alpha is a relaxed, friendly ten week course to explore Christianity and the meaning of life. Topics covered include: Who is Jesus? Why and how do I pray? How can I be sure of my faith?

What happens there?

The evening begins with a meal, followed by a talk. There is then opportunity to discuss what you have heard and ask questions.

Who is it for?

Alpha is for anyone, whether you have ever attended church or not. It provides a relaxed environment for anyone wanting to find answers to the big questions in life.

What does it cost?

There is no charge for Alpha, but you are welcome to make a donation towards the cost of food.

When is the next course?

City Church started a new Alpha course in January, however it is not to late to come along and take part.  If you would prefer to wait for the start of the next course, please contact us with your details and we will let you know when it will be starting.
